Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and in its original packaging, with tags still attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@officialhatdaddy.com.  We’ll then send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, we'll notify you and automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. This refund may take several days for your bank to process, depending on your payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and your refund hasn't cleared, please contact us at support@officialhatdaddy.com.
